Wednesday January 26th...

Uck I feel horrible.. Feel like im getting the flu. Body Aches sore throat.. Took Nyquil last night slept for 11.5 hours 930pm-9am.. I could have slept longer too. No cardio yesterday.

This am I woke up had m Steel Cut oats.
Now i am at work wating to go to my exercise class will I will proabaly keel over and die! :)
I have m snack ready of 1 egg white and some peas.
For lunch I have some brown rice and a can of Tuna.

Well I didn't B/c I didnt exercise.. Niki wouldnt let me b/c I am sick... Poo..
I got home and I still wasnt feeling good, but I went to school got home at 945 and for supper I had....
a bowl of honey nut Cherioes.. with skim milk.. I know its not on my diet but I was a little hungry didnt feel like cooking...

Tuesday January 25th

Hello Peeps... or peep, as the case maybe... OK Hi Casey!! hehehehehe

We are getting to crunch time... I have 56days I think... So this AM I decided to do a little I mean little bit of cardio before work..
So I got my big butt on my stationary bike.  yeah!!! go me.. I didn't ride long because I didn't have much time.. But I did ride for like 10 minutes.. Every little bit counts... for that matter little but!! :)

Breakfast: Yumm Steel Cut oats... at 10AM
I had my snack at 11AM which was 1 egg white an 2 bites of sweet potato.. Skin and all..ahhhh
I am supposed to have fish for lunch, but I think i will spare my co-workers the canned tuna smell and switch my lunch and my dinner...
So for lunch I will have Chicken with Brown rice and hot sauce..
and I have planned for dinner and AHi tuna steak with salad or butternut squash.. i haven't decide if I feel like stopping at the store and buying lettuce.
Still drinking my water with Apple Cidar Vinegar.. have drank almost 1 glass today...
3 cups of coffee!

yes I did have Ahi tuna and butternut squash for supper at 730. :)
then a few swigs of nyquil.. Im starting to get sick.

January 24th... Monday Monday

Ok I quit blogging because I thought no one was reading it :( I had a pity party and Casey texted me and asked why I stopped. OK so I have someone reading yay Thanks Casey!!!!

Ill start with yesterday... Since it was Monday Ucky...
I am trying really really hard to cut out all sugar. This is difficult for me, in in like Chocolate or Candy form that's no biggy, never been big on that.. But my biggest problem is Coffee.. I love my coffee with cream and Sugar!!! Yum i salivate just thinking about it.. So coffee at Kevin's house instead of 10 seconds of sugar from the sugar pour er thing, I have gone down to 4, and I use skim milk for cream.. Now at I work I have been using Splenda. Which I am uncertain of that is OK or not, I donno I guess I will see if Niki puts a comment. :)

I ate good, Well I think anyway...
Breakfast: Steel Cut Oats...@ 10AM
I skipped my snack.. I was having an off day.. we had a good workout at 12 and I wasn't feeling the greatest... I had my scoop of Whey with Skim Milk at about 1:10 right after class.

Then I had my lunch at 2pm..
Ahh my lunch: Chicken shocking I know... and 1/2 c. of brown rice with Hot sauce.. Yum!!
After work I had to go to school at 730.. So needless to say, I had all intentions of going home at 6 and and preparing a healthy dinner before school.. but I just wasnt hungry.. so I thought I would eat after school. Got done with school at 945... Didn't get home until 10...
So you guessed it. I skipped Dinner :(  I know I shouldn't but it was 10PM. I just wanted to relax read my book and go to bed. :) I had a big glass of skim milk then off to bed. naughty naughty :(

January 17th

I had a good weekend. No Drinking!! yay.. Easier than i thought.. but then again I didnt go anywhere either.. hehhee followed my diet to the T- almost...
I had a Dill pickle for a snack instead of the egg whites..
I did an hour of cardio/Gym time on Saturday..
Instead of Red meat on Sunday I had fish.
Today the workout was crazy tiring.. OMg i was crawling ont he floor..

Do far I had
Breakfast: Stell cut oats
Snack.. Whey shake
Lunch Chicken and brown Rice
I have 2 eggs white for snack for later. :)

For lunch today, I am having homeade lemon peper chicken.. Super yummy.. made with real lemons and real pepper..Delish!

January 13th

Snack: Egg whites
Lunch Chicken and 1/2 Sweet Potato
Whey Shake
Dinner: Chicken
I went home on my lunch break and did my cardio... 20 minutes on my bike! yay

January 12th

This am I had Steel Cut Oats with cinnamon and Blueberries.. It was actually good. I was surprised. I have given up a lot of things I love. Ex:
Salt, Popcorn, Hot chocolate, Diet Coke, Good food, the big one Mashed Potato's
Now alcohol. I have decided (or was told) hehehe to give up all drinking.. Sigh.. Casey is doing it so I might as well do it to. It's not like a drink a lot once a week sometimes twice. So it shouldn't be that hard..
I worked out today by myself!! Casey and Chrsity didn't come :( We did light workout on legs. Nikki says light workout.. Um yeah whatever.. It still hurt.  I feel like worked out but that's a good thing!
I had my Whey Shake after I worked out.
For lunch I had a can of Tuna Fish with Mustard Yum! and Brown Rice
Snack 2 eggs whites and 1/2 cup of a mixture of cauliflower and Broccoli

Still working on the drinking more water thing. I am already up 2 three glasses today but that's only because I drank a full glass exercising today.

January 11th

Woke Up this Am and I feel great! My legs are almost not sore anymore and my arms are a little tender but nothing compared to the pain my legs where in.
Breakfast: Steel Cut Oats
Lunch: Tuna and Veggies
Snack- Whey Shake with Fat Free Milk
Dinner: I wasnt hungry so I didnt eat
I didnt do cardio either...
