Hi Welcome to my blog. I have never done a blog before so who knows how much I will do it. I am just using this as a way to keep me motivated to lose the weight I need before the wedding.
Day#1- First day of workout class. We worked out a little Did some things with weights. I am definitely feeling it. I am sore. I know tomorrow when I wake up I will be hurting.. Oh but it hurts soooo good. :)
I would like to post my weight and measurements but I didn't write them down.
I would love for input from you maybe better things to eat.. Some healthy snacks.. lol
Food
Today I had 3 cups of coffee with cream and sugar
Lunch: Tuna Steak Salad with Fat free dressing
Dinner: Don't know yet...
2 glasses of water
