Went to class and we had a nutrition thing, which was really good since Iearned a lot things I never knew. So now I know what to eat. The question is having the will power to do it.
After work Casey and I went to Woodmans and went shopping, we got some healthy foods.
I wasn't a very good girl for exercising last night. :( I went out to Murphy's, but I did dance, so that is a Little form of exercise!
Now for food:
Breakfast:
Smart Ones Egg thing
Lunch: Healthy Choice Meal
Supper: Sushi
Still only drank 3 glasses of water!!.
Tonight, I will pay penance to not exercising last night and do 1/2 hour on my bike and an exercise video from the 80's lol.. yes a VHS tape, :) Buns of Steele here I come.
