Not a healthy start this am. I woke up and wasnt hungry so I didnt eat... :( I had lunch at 130 that consisted of 2 egg white and I brought some Celery and Carrots to work to snack on bc honestly I am still hungry!!
Tonight when I get home I will prepare some food so next time I wont have nothing to eat. Yummy looking forward to the Steel Oat things...
FOr Supper I has Chicken and Veggies and little bit of Sweet Potato
Road my bike for 20 mins and had some Tea hoping to kill my Hot Chocolate Urge.. Didnt work so I made a litle bit og hot Chocolate..
