January 17th

I had a good weekend. No Drinking!! yay.. Easier than i thought.. but then again I didnt go anywhere either.. hehhee followed my diet to the T- almost...
I had a Dill pickle for a snack instead of the egg whites..
I did an hour of cardio/Gym time on Saturday..
Instead of Red meat on Sunday I had fish.
Today the workout was crazy tiring.. OMg i was crawling ont he floor..

Do far I had
Breakfast: Stell cut oats
Snack.. Whey shake
Lunch Chicken and brown Rice
I have 2 eggs white for snack for later. :)

For lunch today, I am having homeade lemon peper chicken.. Super yummy.. made with real lemons and real pepper..Delish!
