January 10th

Yesterday our workout was on our arms. I did expect my arms to be sooo sore, but they are actually OK.

Breakfast: Steel Cut Oats
Snack: 2 Hard /boiled eggs
Lunch: Chicken Brown Rice
Snack: Whey Shake
Dinner: Veggies

I was supposed to have Fish to but I just wastn hungry :(
Water: 3glasses
