Hello Peeps... or peep, as the case maybe... OK Hi Casey!! hehehehehe
We are getting to crunch time... I have 56days I think... So this AM I decided to do a little I mean little bit of cardio before work..
So I got my big butt on my stationary bike. yeah!!! go me.. I didn't ride long because I didn't have much time.. But I did ride for like 10 minutes.. Every little bit counts... for that matter little but!! :)
Breakfast: Yumm Steel Cut oats... at 10AM
I had my snack at 11AM which was 1 egg white an 2 bites of sweet potato.. Skin and all..ahhhh
I am supposed to have fish for lunch, but I think i will spare my co-workers the canned tuna smell and switch my lunch and my dinner...
So for lunch I will have Chicken with Brown rice and hot sauce..
and I have planned for dinner and AHi tuna steak with salad or butternut squash.. i haven't decide if I feel like stopping at the store and buying lettuce.
Still drinking my water with Apple Cidar Vinegar.. have drank almost 1 glass today...
3 cups of coffee!
yes I did have Ahi tuna and butternut squash for supper at 730. :)
then a few swigs of nyquil.. Im starting to get sick.
YAAY! Welcome back Nea! Im glad your gonna keep doing this! And thank you for making me a follower since I never figure computer things out on my own.. hehe. I think you are doing such and incredible job! I read what your eating and see that your doing cardio during the week and it makes me wanna do better myself! And by the way.. Nice job at class yest!! I know you were feeling crappy but you kinda kicked my ass at the whole knee up thing!! I looked in the mirror and you were going twice as fast as me and Cristy!! Nicey Nice! I'm excited for your assesment next week too! I think seeing your results will only enforce what a great job you've been doing and make you wanna keep it up! Im not gonna lie.. Eating and being healthy does suck!! lol but its true it makes you feel so much better when you do! Im glad your not as sore anymore, that helps too.. lol! Im so proud your sticking to it! Dont beat yourself up about the coffee thing, the small changes your making are great!! Ask Nikki about Stevia? Its a sugar I was using for a while, Im just not sure how good or better it is than splenda?? We should find out.. Anyways, keep up the great work and keep blogging!! Hopefully you can come to the Y with me tonight, if not tho I'll see you at class tomorro!! Love ya girl! 56 days... YAAY, Im soooo excited!
